Fun Facts Privacy Policy
Barron Tech LLC provides the Fun Facts mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information Fun Facts and its service providers may collect, why it is collected, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information We Collect and Why
- Device, app, and network information such as app version, operating-system version, language or region settings, and app or device identifiers. We use this information to operate the app, provide configuration, maintain security, and understand app performance.
- Usage data, such as app opens, screen or feature interactions, quiz and review progress, and subscription or paywall interactions. We use this information to measure and improve the app and its features.
- Purchase and entitlement information. Apple processes payments. We use RevenueCat to help validate purchases, restore purchases, and determine whether Pro features are available.
- Advertising information in the free tier. Fun Facts uses Google Mobile Ads. Depending on your device settings and choices, this may include an advertising identifier and information used to deliver, measure, or limit ads.
What Fun Facts Does Not Collect
Fun Facts does not require an account and does not collect names, email addresses, passwords, precise location, contacts, photos, or user-generated content.
How Information Is Used
- Deliver and maintain the app.
- Process purchases, restore entitlements, and provide Pro features.
- Improve app performance, troubleshoot issues, measure feature use, and plan the roadmap.
- Configure app experiences and paywalls.
- Serve and measure ads in the free tier, subject to your device settings and consent choices where applicable.
Sharing and Disclosure
We share information with service providers that help us run Fun Facts: Apple for purchases; Google and Firebase for advertising, analytics, and remote configuration; RevenueCat for purchase infrastructure; and Superwall for paywall configuration and measurement. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the app, its users, or others.
Data Retention
Information stored only on your device remains there until you remove it or delete the app. Information handled by our service providers is retained according to their applicable retention policies and as needed for the purposes described above.
Your Choices
- You can manage app tracking permission in iOS Settings.
- You can manage notification permission in iOS Settings.
- You can choose Pro to remove ads from the app.
- You can contact us using the address below with privacy questions or requests.
Children
The services are not directed to children under 13, and Barron Tech does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact support if you believe a child has provided information.
