3. Data Collection
Fun Facts does not collect location data or contact information. Payments for the Pro Version are processed through the iOS App Store.

The app is for viewing facts only. Users may not upload, share, or create content within the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas.
