Marriage Intimacy Tracker Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Marriage Intimacy Tracker mobile application provided by Barron Tech LLC. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
You may use the app only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws, and you are responsible for your use of the app.
2. Not Medical, Legal, or Therapy Advice
The app is for informational and personal tracking purposes only. Its analytics do not provide medical, mental health, legal, or professional advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the app.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
- Subscription terms, renewals, and cancellations are governed by Apple’s billing policies.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple rather than Barron Tech directly.
5. Data and Privacy
Use of the app is also subject to theMarriage Intimacy Tracker Privacy Policy.
6. License
Barron Tech grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or use the app in a way that violates law.
7. Service Availability and Warranty Disclaimer
The app may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. It is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barron Tech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
