At Thanksgiving dinner I was chatting with my Louisiana neighbor (they are the best neighbors to have when food is involved).

2 turkeys, sweet potatoes, stuffing, rolls, pumpkin pie, key lime pie…just phenom.

So, I’m talking to my neighbor Mark and we both started chatting about work and the qualities we look for when it comes to hiring sales reps.

And the deciding factor boils down to:

F: Figure

I: It

O: Out

It’s the people that don’t sit back and need to be told what to do.

They take action and just FIO!
