Barron Tech LLC Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Barron Tech LLC website, consulting engagements, subscriptions, and digital offerings. By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Barron Tech LLC provides Microsoft co-sell and go-to-market advisory services, solopreneur and independent consulting services, strategy sessions, retainers, and digital products or tools. Services may evolve over time.
2. No Guarantee of Results
All services are advisory in nature. Barron Tech provides experience-based guidance and recommendations but does not guarantee specific business outcomes, including revenue, deal velocity, or client acquisition.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use deliverables responsibly, and make independent business decisions. You remain fully responsible for implementation and results.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Fees are disclosed prior to purchase. Subscription services may renew automatically unless canceled. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise, and late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All Barron Tech materials, frameworks, templates, and content remain the property of Barron Tech LLC and are licensed for internal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during engagements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barron Tech LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or lost business opportunities. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for services.
8. Termination
Barron Tech may suspend or terminate access to services for violation of these Terms, abuse of services, or non-payment. Clients may terminate services according to agreed commercial terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
