do this to get service clients and good testimonials
Wasting time annoys me so much.
Why?
I don’t have a lot of it.
Busy 9-5, 4 kids aged 12 and under, things to do around the house, GENERAL LIFE STUFF!
I’m writing this email while 3 of my kiddos watch a bit of a movie - I’m just waiting for one of them to start screaming about something.
here’s me anxiously waiting for the next fire to pop up
Which got me thinking…are you thinking about your ICP’s problems and how your service actually fixes them?
That’s the key to unlocking service projects with them.
With my client Nate, I knew that he:
- had a busy 9-5 (fully felt that)
- wanted to grow his solo business (love this)
- and didn’t know much about ConvertKit
So every interaction I had with him, I made sure to tie back to solving these challenges:
- I kept my communications crisp and short (he doesn’t have a lot of time)
- I made sure everything I did tied back to a business growth objective (his core objective)
- I set up his ConvertKit so it was easy to maintain (less future headaches and wasted time)
You can see that oozing in his testimonial here:
So when you’re thinking about positioning and delivering your services, make sure to tie everything you do back to their painpoints and goals.
If you need help crafting your service offer so you get testimonials like this (or if you need help with ConvertKit), reply “SERVICE” and we’ll put a plan together!
To your solopreneur success,
Matt
