💵 high agency individuals

I love this line from Dan Koe’s latest email:

“high-agency individuals are those who create their own goals and actively pursue them without permission from another”

This is me and I hope this is you.

You don’t need permission from these people:

  • parents
  • friends
  • spouse (tread carefully here and work as a team)
  • colleagues
  • teachers

You owe it to yourself to take charge of your life and chart the path to your goals.

If you don’t, expect:

  • regrets
  • powerlessness
  • being bored AF

That all sucks.

But not you.

You know that life is precious.

You also know that you want to maximize it.

You’re also faced with the reality that you have to make money.

So how do you live the life you always wanted while providing for yourself and your family (if you have one)?

You set goals and you take action.

You create content to attract email subs.

You create fans who read your emails.

Your email readers reply to you and are interested in working with you.

It’s all possible to you, but only if you’re high agency.

Low-agency individuals are, what my kids like to call, “NPCs”
